do I order?

us to place an inquiry. Please have our downloadable order form filled
out so that we may better assist you. We are a small studio and may
not be able to accept all orders, so it is best to book us in advance.
We do return all calls and email received within 48 hours.
1)
As soon as your order form is received, we will confirm your details
by phone/fax or email.
2)
A start-up fee of $90 is required. This fee is credited towards your
order total.
3)
We will provide you with two electronic proofs and an agreement letter.
These must be signed and faxed/emailed back to us. Should you require
additional proofs, they are available at $25 fee per proof.
4)
The remainder of your order balance is then due. We accept the following
methods of payment: business & personal checks, and the following
credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and JCB Diner's Club. Payments
made by personal/business checks will be held until clearance.
5)
You will receive an email notification of your order shipment. All
orders ship via USPS, fully insured and trackable.
What
is the whole order process?
The invitation process is approximately 4-6
weeks of production and consists of the following:

Fill
out the downloadable .pdf form above. You may also call or email
us with your event details. Be as specific as possible and include
the following information. Our minimum invitation order is 25
and you can order as many as you need. We have no order increments.
1. Browse through our unique
wedding invitation designs.
For custom wedding invitations, skip 2-4 and
email us with your information.
We will schedule a consultation by phone or email.
2. We require a $90 start up fee, provide you
with two proofs and an agreement letter. Once signed, the remaining
balance is due.

Custom
Designs:
Creation
of custom designs (designs not shown on our website) require
a $1,000 design fee, in addition to materials
and labor. In the event of cancellation,
your account will be charged for labor and design fee.
Note:
Accuracy of your wedding invitations text depends on you! Please
be as specific as possible regarding the event.
- Based
on the information given, we will generate a proof for your invitations.
- A
proof will be transmitted to you, either by electronic mail, fax
or by postal mail for approval. If desired, a finished and assembled
invitation can be produced for a fee of $25.
- After
proof approval, we will send you an agreement letter, along with
a final copy of the proof. You can note revisions directly on
the proof sheet. Both the final proof, along with the revisions
(if necessary) and the agreement letter need to be signed and
mailed or faxed back to us.
- Your
balance is required, thereafter we
will then begin production on your order. It is IMPORTANT to carefully
review the proof to make sure it meets your expectations - wording,
justification, fonts, motifs. It is your responsibility to provide
accurate information and wording. Your jobs will be printed exactly
as shown on proof.
- Invitations
will ship by USPS Priority Mail, fully insured and trackable.
I'm
interested in a custom invitation
I'd like to have an invitation created from scratch. Is this possible?
Yes.
For a truly custom design - using your vision and the artistry of
our designers, a non refundable $1,000 retainer is required. The fee
is in addition to materials and labor. We will provide you with a
total project quote upon request.
What
are your printing methods?
We cater to your taste and budget by offering
an assortment of printing methods. We offer letterpress, silkscreen
and our basic offset printing in standard black and pantone colors.
Our invitations are priced for black offset (flat ink) printing. Ink
colors and finishes (pearlized and metallics) are available for an
additional charge.
What
options are available?
There are many options available to customize
your order. For nominal fees, we can print
your reply and main envelopes with your return address, customize
ink colors, and add on different styles of ribbon, raffia and ties.
We can incorporate eyelets, custom photos, pressed flowers, colored
stones, leather, velvet- options are endless!

Help! I need invitations quick!
Ahhh...the
procrastinator....we have all been there. Luckily, The Pulp Studio
is here to help solve all your invitation needs. A 50% rush surcharge
is added to invitation orders needed prior to our 4 week lead time,
but...Did you know that most of our invitations can be DIYs ? We print
and cut all your invitation components, ship it to you within two
weeks (of dated approved proofs) and you assemble them with the handy
instructions provided. We also supply the adhesives and embellishments
needed - pre-cut ribbons, pressed flowers and we even hand over the
secret to those dainty square knotted bows! Plus, you save $$ (these
are 30% cheaper than the list price). Ask us. Call us. Fax us. We

*due to high level of craftsmanship required, not all invitations
are DIYs. Please inquire.
Can
I get a free sample?
Because of the costs associated with producing
each wedding invitation, we simply cannot offer free samples. Upon
availability, samples can be purchased at their list prices and are
encouraged prior to placing an order, to get a feel for the various
textures, dimensions and the unique personality of each invitation.
You can purchase a sample here
. Your sample purchases (up to $25) will be credited towards your
wedding invitations package should you decide to purchase.
We
will however, send you FREE swatches of paper patterns and solid colors
available. We carry a worldy assortment paper styles - from Italian,
Japanese silkscreens, Manila Hemp, Thai Handmade, Indian batiks, Balinese
prints, Chinese patterns, Swiss retros - Just ask!
Please
allow up to three weeks to receive your samples.
