How soon should I order?
Invitations for formal events are usually sent out within a 6-8 week time frame. In addition to our 4-6 week production process, you should ideally order four months in advance of the anticipated event.


How long will it take to complete my invitations?
Blank notecards and quantities of less than a quantity of 50 can generally be completed within 5-7 working days. For quantities of over 50, with various components (RSVP cards, map inserts, reception card) we request you give us 4-6 weeks from start to finish, to complete an order. If your invitations are needed sooner, please contact us with your order details and we will try to accomodate your needs. Also, if your invitations require imported fabrics, we may need additional time for overseas shipment to arrive.

Note that a $60 rush fee will apply for order quantities of 50 or more invitation sets needed earlier than 4 weeks.


    How do I order?
    You may call us (209) 406-4891 to place an order or fill out a form with your invitation details. If your product does not require printing and is less than a quanitity of 50, you can purchase directly online. For invitations of more than 50 requiring printing, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. This can be paid by check, money order, or through Paypal, our payment system. This will be deducted from your final order total, but is not refundable if your order is cancelled. The remainder of your total is due prior to shipping. We will send you an invoice via Paypal for both the initial 50% deposit and the remaining payment.


    What is the whole order process?
    The invitation process is approximately 4-6 weeks and consists of the following:

    • Fill out the online order request form. Please be as specific as possible with all the event details. If you do not know what wording to use, we can assist you.
    • We will generate a proof based on the information given.
    • A proof will be emailed to you for approval. A physical proof can also be mailed to you for a $20 fee.
    • After final proof approval, we will send you an agreement letter which needs to be signed and mailed back to us along with a 50% deposit, payable through Paypal, check or money order.
    • We will then begin production on your order based on the final proof. Therefore, carefully review the proof to make sure it meets your expectations.
    • Invitations will ship out on the day of completion by USPS. The remaining 50% balance is due at that time. Note that payments made by personal check will have a ten day hold.
 

 

What are your printing methods?
At this time we can only offer flat ink printing. Customized ink colors are also available.


What options are available?
There are many options available to customize your order. For nominal fees, we can print your reply and main envelopes with your return address, customize ink colors, and add on different styles of ribbon, raffia and ties. We can incorporate eyelets, stitches, custom photos, pressed flowers, colored stones, leather, velvet- options are endless! Refer to the price list for pricing on each.

Can I get a free sample?
Because of the costs associated with producing each invitation, we do not offer free samples. Samples are available for purchase and are encouraged prior to placing an order, to get a feel for the various textures, dimensions and the unique personality of each invitation.
